Strategy 1
We will underpin everything we do with dedicated worship, sound Bible teaching, and robust prayer.
Aim: To ensure that HTK remains true to its mission, and that every person, every plan, every activity, every issue, everything associated with HTK is immersed in the presence of Jesus.
Strategy 2
We will further strengthen the unity and cohesion within our church family.
Aim: For every member of HTK to have a sense of belonging to the HTK body of Christ; To care for others and be cared by others; To be proud to openly identify themselves as members of HTK.
Strategy 3
We will intensify our Godly impact in our community.
Aim: For HTK to reach out and connect with an increasing number of non-HTK people.
Strategy 4
We will proactively promote HTK events, activities, and celebrations in our local area.
Aim: For HTK to be well recognised in, and accessible to, the local Kawana area as a place of Christian worship. To have a reputation as an organisation that contributes to the wellbeing of our Kawana community.
Strategy 5
We will more effectively apply the gifts, talents and strengths of all our members in pursuit of our vision and mission.
Aim: For every member of HTK to identify their gift(s) / talent(s) / strength(s) and are purposefully contributing to full body of the church.
